General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 555det platform ("Platform" or "Website") and its users ("you" or "member"). By accessing the 555det website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

555det operates as a safe and reliable online entertainment platform. All our services are provided under SSL encryption and fair play policies. The words "555det", "we", or "our" used in these Terms refer to the organization that operates the platform.

Account Registration

To use services on 555det, a valid account must be created. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Account Creation Requirements

• Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Your name, date of birth, and contact details must be verifiable and truthful.
• Your account password must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with anyone else.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and personal.
• Accounts may not be created in the name of a company or organization.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, 555det reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A National ID (NID) or passport may be requested for this purpose. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Age Limit and Eligibility

If you are under 21 at the time of registration and this is later proven, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited. Allowing minors to use an account or facilitating gameplay on their behalf is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Geographic Eligibility

Users must access the platform from a region where the use of online entertainment platforms is not prohibited by local law. It is entirely the user's responsibility to be aware of the laws in their own area.

Deposits and Withdrawals

To make transactions on 555det convenient, we support the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

555det currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Deposit requests will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. In such cases, the funds will be returned and the account may be suspended.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 — for each method.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• KYC verification on the account must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours; in unusual cases it may take longer.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Bonuses and Promotions

555det offers various bonus offers for new and regular members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions which must be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25x (you must wager 25 times the bonus amount).

For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specific time limit.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Not all types of games can be played with bonus funds — specific games and categories may count toward bonus wagering.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• 555det reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer, but active bonuses will not be changed without prior notice.
• If evidence of bonus fraud or deliberate abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Betting and Game Rules

555det offers slot games, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games, and many other types of entertainment games. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game lobby.

6.1 General Betting Terms

• All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical fault, action will be taken in accordance with the relevant rules.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent play is found, the relevant bets and winnings may be voided.

6.2 Sports Betting (Cricket and Others)

• Cricket betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and various other international matches.
• If a match or tournament is cancelled, funds may be refunded or voided in accordance with the applicable rules.
• In live betting, odds change based on real events, and bets accepted at changed odds are considered final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555det platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Deliberately abusing bonuses ("bonus abuse") — for example, attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets in order to claim a bonus.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Providing fraudulent payment information.
• Using software bots, auto-play scripts, or any other automated methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems or security.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Rights of 555det

555det may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If fraud or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• If the member fails to cooperate with KYC verification.
• If the account information is proven to be false or misleading.

8.2 User Rights

A member may request closure of their own account at any time. After the request is received, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, but any active wagering conditions will be cancelled.

Limitation of Liability

• Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are completely unbiased.
• 555det bears no financial liability for winnings or losses in bets.
• 555det is not responsible for any issues caused by the user's own device or connection.
